Sam has been a dedicated member of our team since 2016. As the VP of Client Services, she has been instrumental in driving the company forward. Some of her proudest accomplishments include rebuilding new team structures and support systems that enhance our ability to scale for client needs quickly while maintaining high-quality work. Under Sam's leadership, the department has witnessed record-breaking growth as she puts curating excellent client services at the forefront of every employee in her department.

Sam is a quarter Korean and is extremely proud of her Asian American heritage as it’s played a huge role in shaping her perspectives and enriching her life. As a first-generation college graduate, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Outside of the office, she likes to do a little bit of everything but her top-ranked activities are traveling, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband, Jace and their Alaskan Malamutes, Sif and Indiana.
