97th Floor is looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, and energetic candidate to join the 97th Floor Growth team. This role will be responsible for supporting our growth manager. Key responsibilities include research, following up on current and past leads, qualifying potential leads, sales calls and maintaining our customer relationship management tool. Candidates should have a familiarity with customer relationship management tools. An understanding of digital marketing services is also desired, but training is available for qualified candidates without digital marketing experience. Interpersonal and communication skills, as well as organization are necessary.
This role covers all aspects of lead organization, qualifying and follow up and will collaborate with growth manager, growth marketers and director of growth to ensure efforts are integrated with outreach, follow up and drip campaigns. Ultimately, your responsibility will be to perform every task which your manager assigns to you in regards to sales, follow up and management.
